The bad reviews are pouring in

Well it looks like the Web may be the downfall of Quantum Alarm. I thought my problem was isolated. Check Austin Citysearch website for more details. These folks were frustrated with the billing department because the billing department has nothing to do with how happy or frustrated you are with your service. They are a company that has bought a contract and wants to collect their money. Thus the disconnect.
