Quantum Alarm Sucks

Well it looks like the Web may be the downfall of Quantum Alarm. I thought my problem was isolated. Check Austin Citysearch website for more details. These folks were frustrated with the billing department because the billing department has nothing to do with how happy or frustrated you are with your service. They are a company that has bought a contract and wants to collect their money. Thus the disconnect.

So a recent Google reveals that Quantum plays this perpetual game of endless billing with other customers. They are not satisfied with their 3 year contract, they bill in perpetuity.

This Blog is dedicated to the many customers of Quantum Alarm of Pflugerville Texas that have been screwed around by their shifty tactics and generally bad business practices. No, I am not a disgruntled former employee, I am a customer who gets no response from them, so now I want to warn others about their shifty ways.
